Moon Nominee Trust of Quincy claimed the prize in the "Decades of Dollars" $5 scratch-off game. Trustee David Spillane collected the money.

The winner chose to take the lump sum of $780,000 (before taxes) rather than the annuity.

Country Farms at 20 Main St. in Topsfield sold the winning ticket, and the store will collect a $12,000 bonus for the sale.
